The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Qinglishirefang To Piweishirexing Oral Lichen Planus

Objective: To study the effect of Qinglishirefang to treat the Oral Lichen Planus. To find a safe and effective clinic model for the patients with Piweishirexing Oral Lichen Planus.Methods: Selected 60 patients (female 32, male 28) in keep with the inclusion criteria diagnosis of Oral Lichen Planus from shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital, dental clinic,from February 2009 to January 2011. Randomly divided into two groups: Qinglishirefangzu and western medicine group. Qinglishirefangzu was given Qinglishirefang,and western group was treated with transfer factor capsules, Four weeks were even served.four weeks after discontinuation after treatment, we need review of objective indicators of signs,IgG,IgM,the subjective indicators of symptoms (symptom),TCM syndrome score. Results: 1. Treatment of 4 weeks after the two groups were effective in indicators of Oral Lichen Planus have improved significantly. There had no significant differences between groups. Comparing the total effective rate between the two groups, p>0.05, shows the total effective rate are the same between two groups. 4 weeks after stopping the medicine, the total effective rate between the two groups, p<0.05, shows the total effective rate between the two groups are different . 2. 4 weeks after the treatment, and 4 weeks after stopping the medicine,in the sign value, symptom index,,IgG,IgM,the comparison points TCM signs, Qinglishirefangzu did not differ significantly (p>0.05). But the western medicine group was statistically significant (p<0.05). That show after stopping, Qinglishirefangzu effects more than western medicine group, and the recurrence rate is lower than western medicine group. 3. 4 weeks after the treatment in both groups TCM syndrome score were significantly improved efficacy. The total effective rate between the two groups, p>0.05, shows the same total effective rate between them. 4 weeks after stopping the medicine, the total effective rate between the two groups, p <0.05, shows the total effective rate between the two groups are not the same. Conclusion: the curative effect to Oral Lichen Planus of the Qinglishirefang can be sure. In improving the symptoms of immune agents ,it is not inferior to western medicine, toxic side effect is small and recurrence rate is little.It can replace the Western popularity of immune agents in clinical applications.
