The Clinical Effect Observation On The Sanmiao Powder Combining Fibrinolytic Enzyme In The Treatment Of ADVT

Objective: To analyse the clinical effect of the sanmiao powder combining fibrino- lytic enzyme in the treatment of ADVT.Methods: select all 80 cases hospital diagnosed as DVT during December 2009 to January 2011, and we divide the cases within 7 days into two groups according to the different therapy. Each group has 20 cases: pure fibrinolytic enzyme treatment (group A) and sanmiao powder combining fibrinolytic enzyme treatment (group B). The other 40 cases within 8-28 days divided into two groups, identically each group has 20 cases: pure fibrinolytic enzyme treatment(group C) and sanmiao powder combining fibrinolytic enzyme treatment (group D). Set up established tables of the four groups of cases. Before treated and in 14 days later, we record and contrast the modification of the symptom, sign, laboratory index and colorred dopplar ultrasound, and record the D-dimer datas before treated and 3rd, 7th, 14th day during course of the treatment. We use SPSS16.0 to analyse the datas.Results: Before and after the treatment, symptoms and signs of four groups patients are greatly improved, meanwhile, PT, APTT, FIB and platelet count have the varying degree change. By statistical analysis, curative effect of A and B is significant difference (P < 0.05), curative effect of C and D groups is significant difference (P < 0.05). D - dimers level in A, B and in C, D before and after treatment in the treatment of 3, 7 days is no significant difference (P > 0.05), but the first 14 days after treatment is significant difference (P < 0.05). Clinical curative effect: for group A ,cure rate is 40% and total effective rate is 95%; For group B cure rate is 55% and total effective rate is100%; For group C cure rate is 25% and total effective rate is 85%; For group D cure rate is 45% and total effective rate is 95%; There are no significant difference both between A, B two groups and between C, D two groups (P > 0.05). Result of observation by CDFI: 35% of complete clearance and 85%of total clearance are acquired by group A, 55%of complete clearance and 95%of total clearance are acquired by group B. 25% of complete clearance and 70% of total are acquired by group C,40% of complete clearance and 85% of total clearance are acquired by group D. For complete clearance and total clearance, there are no significant difference both between A, B two groups and between C, D two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1. All of total effective rate in four groups patients are more than 85%, showed that fibrinolytic enzyme as the new generation, the clinical effect treatmenting ADVT is clear. 2.Compared with the patients within 7 days,clinical curative rate and CDFI clearance of 8-28 days of patients is high. Explaind that the DVT patient's treatment time earlier curative effect to be better.3. Sanmiao powder combining fibrinolytic enzyme can improve the clinical effect obviously.
