The Study On The Expression Of MMP-9 And TNF-α In Mucous Epithelium Of Fallopian Tube And Its Relation To Tubal Pregnancy

Objective: ?The Study on the Expression of TNF-αand MMP-9 in fallopian Tube and its Relation to Tubal PregnancyMethods: Ampulla of fallopian tube form 12 cases with normal women,11 cases with early stage of intrauterine pregnancy woman,15 cases of patients with chronic salpingits,and 20 cases with tubal pregnancy were selected for our present study. Immunohistochemistry and semi-quantity pathologic image software system were used to analysis the expression of TNF-α/ MMP-9 respectively in above-mentioned mucous epithelium of fallopian tube. Ampulla of fallopian tube from patients with chronic salpingits and tubal pregnancy analyzed by electron microscope.Resutls:(1) The positive expression of TNF-α/ MMP-9 were found in cell plasm and membrane of the mucosa epithelium of fallopipn tubal in normal tube,early intrauterine pregnancy,salpingitis and tubal pregnancy,but the staining intensity is different among above groups respectively (2) No significant difference was found both for TNF-α/ MMP-9 expression between the normal group and women with early intrauterine pregnancy (p﹥0.05),No significant difference was found both for TNF-α/ MMP-9 expression between tubal pregnancy and salpingitis(p﹥0.05) (3) TNF-αin tubal pregnancy tubal epithelial cells was significantly stronger than the normal group and early intrauterine pregnancy tubal group, the difference was significant (p<0.05).The expression of MMP-9 in these groupes show the same level with TNF-α. (4) TNF-αin salpingitis of the fallopian tube epithelial cells was significantly stronger than the normal group and the intrauterine pregnancy tubal group, the difference was significant. (p<0.05) The expression of MMP-9 in these groupes show the same level with TNF-α. (5)TNF-αand MMP-9 ratio between the two groups: normal tube and woman with early intrauterine pregnancy , the expression of TNF-α/ MMP-9 had no correlation(r=-0.125 p>0.05 r=0.570 p>0.05),There were significantly positive correlations between TNF-α/ MMP-9 in tubal pregnancy and salpingitis (r=0.637 p<0.05 r=0.683 p<0.05)。Conclusions: (1)TNF-α/MMP-9 take part in physiological process of normal pregnancy,but pregnancy itself is not a miscellaneous factor in our study.(2) Imbalanced-expression of high expression of TNF-α/ MMP-9 probably participated in the formation of tubal pregnancy through chronic inflammation of fallopian tube...
