Objective:To understand the way of life in medium-high risk patients with hypertension status and to explore the antihypertensive effects of some factors on the impact. Methods:Sieve 180 cases in the community in medium-high risk patients with hypertension, cardiovascular control center by the Ministry of Health to develop uniform way of life questionnaires, Quality of Life questionnaire (EQ-5D) survey of patients, and measured the blood pressure, body weight and waist circumference. Calculation poor diet, irregular exercise, smoking, drinking, perceived quality of life in the proportion of abnormal, so as to analyse those impresssional factors on the blood pressure levels. Selected 125 cases of hypertension patients with medium-high risk among them, and give them the amlodipine-based combination antihypertensive therapy for 78 weeks, then to evaluate the difference of some factors on the efficacy of antihypertensive drugstas.Results:1. Status of medium-high risk hypertension patients'Life StyleMedium-high risk patients with hypertension in the amount of salt, cooking oil volume, staple volume, the amount of meat, vegetables, fruit volume and the amount of reasonable rate of 42.8%,72.5%,54.5%,48.9%, 78.8%, and 36.7%; The ratio of those who adhere to regular exercise, non-smokong and non-smoking was 75.6%,72.2% and 70.6% respectly; those who adhere to regular exercise, Diastolic blood pressure of regular exercise was significantly lower than non-regular exercise (p<0.05); heavy drinkers, diastolic blood pressure was significantly higher than non-drinking group (p<0.05); the ratio of the overweight and obese patients was 63.4%, and their diastolic pressure was significantly significantly higher than the normal diastolic pressure (p<0.05). Moreover,51.7% of patients perceived pain discomfort; 27.2% feel the anxiety or depression; the ration of the patients whose self-action, self-care, daily activities were abnormal was 10%,3.3% and 9.4% respcetly; self-health score 71.7±11.8. 2. Analysis of Some vital influence factors on different effect of treatmentTo amlodipine-based combination antihypertensive therapy, regular exercisers systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure decreased more significantly than non-regular exercisers. (33.4±22.6mmHg vs 20.1±21.4 mmHg, P<0.05; 15.7±12.1mmHg vs 8.7±12.5mmHg, P<0.05); Regular exercisers effective antihypertensive treatment was also higher than non-regular exercisers (P<0.05). The diastolic blood pressure decrease amount and the effective rate on the patients of abnormal body mass index both were lowre than normal blood pressure patients, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. In the proportion of medium-high risk hypertensive patients irrational diet, salt, oil, meat intake ratio is too large.2. Blood pressure in hypertensive patients at high risk levels and exercise, weight, alcohol-related.
