| 1 ObjectiveThis study aims to investigate the clinical curative effect of Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture combined with lifestyle intervention method on the essential hypertension grade 1 patients by observing the blood pressure, smooth index, renin,aldosterone and angiotensin ? levels.2 MethodsEssential hypertension grade 1 patients included in the standard were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group in terms of age,sex and blood pressure before treatment. Both the Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture method and improvement of life style were used in the treatment groups, with the control groups using improved lifestyle management only. The 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure, blood pressure, angiotensin aldosterone ?, rennin levels were recorded before and after treatments respectively. Blood pressure index smooth was calculated by the 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure. Data were analyzed by the SPSS17.00 statistical software.3 Results(1)The antihypertensive effective rate of treatment groups was 86.67%, which was superior to control groups of 60.00%.(P<0.05)(2) There was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group in terms of the SI level before the treatment.(P>0.05)After treatment, the SI level increased in both the treatment group and control group.(P<0.01) The systolic pressure SI level of the treatment group was(1.30±0.10),and the diastolic blood pressure SI level of the treatment group was(1.21±0.61),which were higher than the control group.(P<0.05)(3) There was no significant difference between the treatment group and controlgroup in terms of the circulating renin level in both vertical and lying position before the treatment.(P>0.05)After treatment, the Plasma Renin Activity in both vertical and lying position reduced in both the treatment group and control group(P<0.05). The the Plasma Renin II level in lying position of the treatment group lower than the control group,(P<0.05)which illustrated there was significant difference between the treatment group and control group in terms of the renin level.(4) There was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group in terms of the angiotensin II level in both vertical and lying position before the treatment.(P>0.05)After treatment, the angiotensin II level in both vertical and lying position reduced in both the treatment group and control group.(P<0.01) The the angiotensin II level in lying position of the treatment group was(49.81±11.68)pg/ml,and the vertical position was(54.68±13.32)pg/ml,which were lower than the control group.(P<0.05)(5) There was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group in terms of the aldosterone level in both vertical and lying position before the treatment.(P>0.05)After treatment, the aldosterone level in both vertical and lying position reduced in both the treatment group and control group.(P<0.01) The the aldosterone level in lying position of the treatment group was(0.08±0.04)ng/ml, and the vertical position was(0.11±0.03)ng/ml,which were lower than the control group.(P<0.05)4 Conclusion(1)Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture combined with lifestyle intervention and simple life style intervention in the treatment of grade 1 hypertension has clinical curative effect(2) Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with lifestyle intervention in the treatment of1 primary hypertension with clinical feasibility.(3) Both the angiotensin II and renin level were reduced in both the treatment group and control group, with the treatment group being more effective, which illustrates that the mechanism of Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture method may be related to the concentration of the angiotensin II and rennin. |
