Clinieal Study Of Heat Clearing And Dampness Expelling Meridians Unblocking And Pain Relieveing On Acute Arthritis Of Primary Gout With The Type Of Damp-Heat Stagnates

Objetive:With the continuous improvement of living standards,the incidence of gout increased year by year,on human health has constituted a potential threat.This study based on its acute clinical manifestations, saying that"Damp-heat stagnates "is the main cause, it would "heat clearing and dampness expelling meridians unblocking and pain relieveing"as a method of treatment of the disease,and through the establishment of the control group,examined the treatment of acute Gouty arthritis clinical efficacy,safety and adverse reactions,so as to find a more safe and effective therapeutic approach in Chinese medicine.Methods:The 42 cases met the inclusion criteria for acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups, in which the treatment group 22 cases, the control group 20 cases,5 days of each treatment, in both groups medication 2 treatment, according to the main symptoms and signs and laboratory indicators of changes in the comparative study before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions evaluated.The results:The treatment group,the total effective rate was 95.45%, in the control group was 85.00%, the two groups P>0.05, no significant difference.Compared two groups of symptom score group P<0.01,significant difference;groups main symptoms and signs of integration, sub-disease,signs of integration compared P<0.05,group comparison between the total score P<0.01,significant difference,indicating the treatment Group to improve the clinical symptoms than the control group.Treatment groupUA,ESR,CRP comparison,significant differences (P<0.01);control group UA,ESR,CRP comparison,ESR,CRP was significant difference (P<0.01), UA was no significant differences (P>0.05).Between the two groups UA,ESR,CRP compared with the difference (P<0.05),shows the treatment group decreased UA, ESR, CRP was superior to the control group.Two groups of patients with TG,TC,HDL,LDL,GLU group, no significant differences between the two groups of (P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group of acute gouty arthritis,there is a genuine effect,can significantly improve clinical symptoms and UA,CRP,ESR and other laboratory parameters, clinical has good application prospects.
