Objective:This article is the plasma TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αof patients with coronary heart disease based on the changes discussed in the Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), especially related with syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.These aimed in providing some theorys for the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease.Methods:May 2009~December 2009 Department of Cardiology, Jiangsu Province Chinese Medicine Hospital of 100 cases with coronary heart disease,53 cases were males and 47 females, with medical diagnosis of coronary heart disease. By TCM syndrome differentiation, based on the patient of plasma TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α, reserach the plasma TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αand the relevance of TCM.Results:1. Qi and blood stagnation group, phlegm stagnation group, Qi deficiency and blood stagnation group,and Qi and Yin deficiency group of plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1αand T/K (TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α) group positive correlation comparison (P<0.01) (chart5-1, table5-1)2. Age> 70 years of age<70 years of plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1αand T/K no correlation between the two groups (P>0.05) (chart5-2, table5-2)Conclusion:1. TXB2 Qi and blood stagnation group> phlegm stagnation group> Qi deficiency and blood stagnation group> Qi and Yin deficiency group, Qi and blood stagnation group and phlegm stagnation group was significantly higher than normal,6-Keto-PGF1αQi and blood stagnation group> phlegm stagnation group> Qi deficiency and blood stagnation group> Qi and Yin deficiency group, Qi deficiency and blood stagnation group and Qi and Yin deficiency group,was significantly lower than normal, T/K Qi and blood stagnation group< phlegm stagnation group< Qi deficiency and blood stagnation group< Qi and Yin deficiency group.2. Different age levels of plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1αand T/K compare with the normal range TXB2 59.31-88.75 pg/ml and 6-Keto-PGF1α67.03-112.23pg/ml, plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1αchanged significantly, plasma TXB2 levels increased with age,plasma 6-Keto-PGF1αlevels decreased with age, older patients showed plasma of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αimbalance more evident.
