Eliminate Different Drink To The Treatment Of Endometriosis, Clinical And Experimental Research

EMT(Endometriosis)is one of the common, difficult and complicated diseases in gynecology.Its incidence has raised considerably in the recent years.The main symptom of this disease is gradual dysmenorrhea, and accompanying it,the ones of about30-50% patients can't get pregnant, which has been seriously injuring the patients both in body and mentality. Therefore, more and more doctors of gynecology have participated in the research of this disease. Professor Li Guangrong,being my director,has accumulated abundant clinical experiences of curing this disease for several decades, and she thinks that women generate the pathological features of weakness, silt and depression due to their physiological characters. Based on these clinical experiences and ideas, combining the theories of both traditional Chinese medicine and modern western science of medicine, she invented the new prescription named as Xiao-Yi Yin for curing EMT and has made the clinical and laboratory research in this new medicine with great concentration.The clinical practice demonstrates that the curative effect of Xiao-Yi Yin is considerably satisfactory. For probing into the effect and mechanism of curing EMT by Xiao-Yi Yin, we have conducted the clinical observation and laboratory research. After observing 36 patients with EMT, we found: this medicine can distinctly improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and abnormal menstruation of patients, and it has prominent curative effect(P<0.01) in reducing chocolate cyst, and it can evidently raise the level of NK cell (P<0.05 ) of patients. Inaddition, this medicine almost has no side effects. Summarizing its curative effect, we can conclude that Xiao-Yi Yin is effective prescription for curing EMT. The result of laboratory research shows: Xiao-Yi Yin can adjust the function of endocrine and immunity of mouse with EMT. In the aspect of restraining the growth of endometrial imp1ants or making it wither, it has the similar effect as danazol, while Xiao-Yi Yin has better effect than danazol in lowering the level of E2 and IL-2 and adjusting the balance of 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2.
