| Objective:Evaluation of Xuemaikang Tablet treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris (blood stasis) the effectiveness and safety of patients.Methods:In this study objection is inpatient and outpatient with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris (blood stasis), from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,choose 30 cases from May 2009 to December 2009 meet the standard,use A randomized,double-blind, controlled clinical research methods,and divided the 30 cases into experimental group(10 cases), the control group(10 cases) and the placebo group(10 cases).Test group:3 Xuemaikang Tablets and 2 Di'ao Xinxuekang Jiaonang simulation agents every time, orally,3 times a day. Control group:2 Di'ao Xinxuekang Jiaonang and 3 Xuemaikang Tablet simulation agents every time, orally,3 times a day.Placebo group: 3 Xuemaikang Tablet simulated agents and 2 Di'ao Xinxuekang Jiaonang simulation agents every time, orally,3 times a day.The experiment was divided into two phases: Import period (-2 weeks to-1 days), treatment period (0 weeks to 8 weeks).Observed three groups of patients before and after the Seattle-Scale Integration,alth questionnaire points, symptom scores, angina pectoris, ECG,nitroglycerin stopped by the rate of change,And changes in laboratory parameters and adverse events, adverse reactions recorded.Results:Xuemaikang Tablet can improve the symptom,the chinese medicine symptom score,Seattle-Scale Integration and nitroglycerin stopped by the rate of the change of the patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris (Blood Stasis), and no worse than Di'ao Xinxuekang Jiaonang; It can improve some extent patient health questionnaire and electrocardiogram situation points.Conclusion:Xuemaikang Tablet in treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris (blood stasis) has better clinical efficacy and safety. |
