Self-prescribed SanQi Decoction liquid could improve their renal function significantly(p<0.01), but couldn't influence 24h urine volume obviously(p>0.05).4. Self-prescribed SanQi Decoction liquid could decrease their serum lipid , but not yet statistically significant(p>0.05).5. Self-prescribed SanQi Decoction liquid could cure their pathologic lesion of glomerulus obviously.Conclusion:1. The Self-prescribed SanQi Decoction liquid ameliorates Early Diabetic nephropathy (â…¡period) rats'Kidney function by controlling blood glucose.2. The Self-prescribed SanQi Decoction liquids could improve Kidney Pathology ball cell damage and ultrastructure. This role may be associated with an improvement in renal hemodynamic effects.3.
