A Clinical Research Of Anziheji Decoction's Influence On T Lymphocyte Subsets In Immunity Abortion Patient

Object:(1)To observe the relationship between the immunity abortion and T lymphocyte subsets by testing the content of serum CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T and the quotient of CD4+/CD8+.(2)To observe the effect of Anziheji decoction on immune function of patient diagnosed as immunity abortion, to explore the healing effect and mechanism of Anziheji decoction in treating immunity abortion by testing the content of serum CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T and the quotient of CD4+/CD8+Method:60 cases of patients diagnosed as threatened abortion of kidney deficiency combined with blood-heat were chosen. All cases were divided into two groups:reproductive antibody positive group (groupⅠ), and reproductive antibody negative group(groupⅡ), with 30 cases in each group. All the cases were given Anziheji decoction orally(125ml, bid) for 4 weeks. By observing the content of serum CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T and the quotient of CD4+/CD8+ and the changes of reproductive antibody to analyze the inner relationship between immunity abortion and T lymphocyte subsets. The clinical treating effect of Anziheji decoction and its mechanism were analyzed by associating with the changes of clinical symptom, result of B type ultrasonic examination, serum P,β-HCG level, content of serum CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T and the quotient of CD4+/CD8+Result:(1) Before treating, the content of serum CD3+,CD4+,and the quotient of CD4+/CD8+ of groupⅠis higher than groupⅡ, while the content of CD8+T is lower than groupⅡ. By statistically processed, significant difference is showed(P<0.05). The content of CD3+ shows no statistic significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Comparison within group (after treating):After treating, the content of CD4+ and quotient CD4+/CD8+ decrease become lower in both groups while the content CD8+ becomes higher. Compared with the value before treating, significant statistic difference is found(P<0.05). After treating, the content of CD3+ shows no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparison between groups(after treating):The content of CD4+T cell and the quotient of CD4+/CD8+ of groupⅠis lower than groupⅡ, showing significant statistic difference(P<0.05). The content of CD8+ and CD3+ show no significant. Comparison of difference of pre and after treating in two groups shows that the content of CD4+ and quotient of CD4+/CD8+ of groupⅠis significant lower than groupⅡ(P<0.05), while the content of CD8+ is significant higher(P<0.05). The content of CD3+ shows no significant difference (P>0.05).(4)The comparison of transition of reproductive antibody:The total curative rate of groupⅠis 83.3%. The curative rate of ACA, AsAb, EmAb, OvAb respective is 100%,80%,83.3%, 71.4%.(5)Comparison of total effect:the tatal effective rate of groupⅠis 93.3%, while groupⅡis 90%. Compared mutually, no significant difference is found (P>0.05)Conclusion:(1)For patient of immunity abortion, reproductive antibody and CD4+,CD8+ and quotient of CD4+/CD8+ have some relevance:the content of CD4+and the quotient of CD4+/CD8+ is higher if the reproductive antibody is positive, while the content of CD8 is lower.(2)Anziheji decoction can decrease patient of threatened abortion serum content of CD4+ and quotient of CD4+/CD8+, increase content of CD8+, show a good effect in regulating immune function.(3)For patient of threatened abortion diagnosed as kidney deficiency combined with blood-heat,whose reproductive antibody is positive, Anziheji decoction can function to turn the antibody into negative.(4)Anziheji decoction function in alleviate clinical symptom and promote the growth of embryo, showing a obvious effect on treating threatened abortion.
