The Clinical Research Of Tong-Xin-I-Hao Cure To Coronary Heart Disease With Syndrome Of Qi-Deficiency Blood Stasis

Objective:Observe the effects of Tong-Xin-I-Hao treatment on angina pectoris (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) and the influence of SOD,MDA and blood lipid. Explore the mechanism of Tong-Xin-I-Hao on angina pectoris(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis).Methods:Recruited 40 cases of CHD patients, randomly divided into trial(20) and control(20) groups according to visiting. Both of the groups were treated by Xinkang,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,Simvastatin Tablets and added Tong-Xin-I-Hao for trial group separately. Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups and the changes of SOD,MDA and blood lipid. Observing 6 weeks and then analyze statistically based on observed data.Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 85.0%, and control group was75.0% however it was not significant statistically (P>0.05)after test. The total validity of Chinese medicine for trial group was 95.0% and 70.0% of control group,the trial group was higher than the control group signifieantly (P<0.05) after test.A obvious decrease of Nitroglycerin was estimated without any differences between two groups(P>0.05),but no differences between the two groups. An evident increase of SOD and an decrease of MDA was fond after treatment (P<0.05), significant differences between two groups by T-test (P<0.05), noted the treatment group was better than the control group. There was a significant difference in blood lipid after treatment (P<0.05),but no differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conelusion.1.Tong-Xin-I-Hao can relieve symptomes of angina pectoris (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) in patients with angina symptoms and TCM syndromes, and reduce the use of nitroglycerin in patients.2. Tong-Xin-I-Hao had a significantly better action than the control group in remission the TCM symptom of coronary heart disease patients (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis), can improve the unwell feeling of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.3. Tong-Xin-I-Hao can significantly improve angina pectoris (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) patients SOD, MDA levels of blood,had antioxidant against free radicals, protect the endothelium function.4. Tong-Xin-I-Hao had a safe and reliable treatment on angina pectoris (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis), popularization and application can be considered.
