Study On Dependablity Between Blood And Deficiency Both The Yin And Yang Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus And Insulin Resistance

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the type 2 diabetes mellitus of stagnation of the blood type,deficiency of both yin and yang type and insulin resistance spleen-type(IR),to supply the reference for clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs of type 2 diabetes and to provide a reference control of Chinese medicine.Method: In accordance with WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes and "Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principles" in 2002 on "diabetes" stagnation of the blood type,deficiency of both yin and yang type, select patients with type 2 diabetes 40 cases studied. Where stagnation of the blood type -20 cases, deficiency of both yin and yang type-20 cases. Another healthy control group of 20 cases. Patients are incorporated into this study, depending on the clinical symptoms of scoring, and stagnation of the blood type, deficiency of both yin and yang type and the detection of the FPG, FINS, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, computed ISI dependency analysis.Results:1. 2DM patients with lower ISI than the control group (P <0.01), TG, TC, LDL-C were higher (P <0.05), HDL-C decreased (P <0.05), were significantly different.2. 2DM stagnation of the blood group than deficiency of both yin and yang group context ISI decreased (P <0.05), TC, LDL-C levels increased (P <0.05), HDL-C decreased (P <0.05), were significantly different. TG is high, but no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05)3. Stagnation of the blood group symptom scores were negatively correlated with ISI (P <0.05), and TG, TC, LDL-C was positively correlated (P <0.05), and HDL-C is not related (P> 0.05).4. Deficiency of both yin and yang group symptom scores were negatively correlated with ISI (P <0.05), and TG, TC were positively correlated (P <0.05), and LDL-C, HDL-C is not related (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. 2DM stagnation of the blood type,deficiency of both yin and yang type patients all have insulin resistance2. 2DM stagnation of the blood type,deficiency of both yin and yang type patients have abnormal lipid.3. 2DM stagnation of the blood type more lower ISI than deficiency of both yin and yang type4. TC, LDL-C, HDL-C can be used as evidence 2DM monitoring stagnation of the blood type, can be used in future treatment method of promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis.
