| Objective:According to fracture healing rule,this paper to studies complex tibial fracture treat effect with therapy of combining traditional Chinese with Modern medicine and function practice,in order to Provide a better choice for clinic therapy about complex tibial fracture. Method:According to choice standard ,60 in-patients were divided randomly into two groups,one experimental group another controlled group. The same basic therapy were applied the two group. And then two experiened surgeons were assigned to do the operations. After the operations ,patients were guided and surpervised to do function practice.Befor and after operations the experimental group took two times a day Traditional chinese medicine which has effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasisand and relieving pain and removing obstruction in channels, subsidence of a swelling. In 12 weeks, after the operation the clinic effects were compared based on Hohl and Luck the function of knee-joint evaluation graph(improve evaluation graph of tibial plateau fracture) . Result: The index that included extent of the gradually vanish of swelling,stretch block,move angle and pain degree of all patients's leg were observed within the given time。At the 12th week,after the operation two lower limps overall length and the right side of the X rsy were evaluated The result shows the two groupshad significant difference(P<0.05) in extent of the gradually vanish of swelling,stretch block,movable angle and pain degree.In period of treatment,we didn't discover obviously harmful and side effects because of drugs. Conclusion: the healing effects were definite with combining Modern medicine with Traditional Chinese medicine in complex tibial plateau fracture,especially in the extent of the gradually vanish of swelling,stretch block,movable angle and pain degree.All of which could reduce limition of the knee-joint function after operation.So that patients could return to normal function of knee-joint.
