Objective:This experiment is to review the contribution of Chelerythrine (CHE) on phlogistic cell factor interleukin-6(IL-6) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) extermalization Human buccal mucosa fibroblasts(HBMFs) in vitro culture and to exam the contribution of CHE on oral lichen planus.Methods:The tissue samples were trained in vitro.And then added LPS to the cells.After trained for 24,48,72 hours, the destiny of interleukin-6(IL-6) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) was tested by ELISA, then we desided the destisy and action time of LPS. And then added CHE to the cells, After trained for 24,48,72 hours, the destiny of interleukin-6(IL-6) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) was tested by ELISA, the method of statistics is analysis of variance.Results:2,HBMFs所产生的IL-6,PGE2å«é‡åœ¨CHE的干预下出现明显的å‡å°‘,并且在24å°æ—¶æ—¶,开始出现IL-6,PGE2的分泌å—到抑制,实验组å„时间段PGE2å’ŒIL-6表达较炎症组明显é™ä½Ž,å·®å¼‚æœ‰ç»Ÿè®¡å¦ æ„义(P <0.05)。1,the LPS excite the cells, the quantity of IL-6 and PGE2 increase progressively by the time. At the time 48 hours, the quantity of them were at the pesking, and later decresse,And there was statistical significance between the two groups (p<0.05).2,CHE will diminish the IL-6 and PGE2 of the cell stimulated by LPS. At the time 24 hours, the quantity of them was restrained. The production of PGE2 and IL-6 were decrease in experimental group than inflammation group,And there was statistical significance between the two groups (p<0.05) .conclusions:CHE can decrease LPS-Stimulated PGE2 and IL-6 production by human buccal mucosa fibroblasts, prevent the inflammation of the Oral lichen planus.
