Firstly, we designed different difficult 3 tasks to invest children's response when faced the different humor sensory stimuli, which were appreciation of cartoons, music improvisational performance and word play. By means of the family situation experiment—sandplay, we observe the process of parent-child interaction. The results revealed that: (1) there was statistical significance in the different age children. With the development of age, the overall trend was increasing at first and then a downward. The 4 year old was a turning point. (2) There were no significant gender differences in boys and girls. The girls'overall score was slightly higher than boys'. There were no significant gender differences in laughing. And the interaction of gender and age was extremely significant.
