Sex is an important aspect that the humanity knows oneself.It is the eternal topic which the humanity pays attention to.The academic circles has very multiple perspectives to research sex, sexual ethics is an important one of the angles.This paper researches sexual ethics from the late Ming dynasty erotic novel"Likes Enemy"."Likes Enemy"is a quite influential work of the late Ming dynasty erotic novels. It is a valuable asset to study Chinese sexual ethics. This paper studys sexual ethics about"Likes Enemy"through explaining the concept of sexual ethics and the historical evolution of sexual ethics, as well as anatomical analysis about"Likes Enemy", combined with analysis about the chastity view, sexual rights and principle of sexual ethics."Likes Enemy"subverts the traditional chastity view, thinks that losing chastity, fornication, remarriage is not disloyalty, and thinks that men and women should be loyal."Likes Enemy"also reflects sexual rights such as equality, happiness and so on, as well as, it reflects the principles of sexual ethics about the combination of sex and love, and the principle of mutual non-harm."Likes Enemy"has some limitations.It exposes the tendency of sexual indulgence.It has certain negative effects to today's society. Meanwhile,"Likes Enemy"have some value.It questions and criticizes traditional sexual ethics, and provides some enlightenment to our current construction of sexual ethics thought.This paper is divided into seven sections. Introduction of the paper describes the study situation, academic background, research content and significance. The first part defines the concept of sexual ethics and explain its historical evolution. In the second, third and fourth parts study sexual ethics about"Likes Enemy",respectively, from subversion about the traditional chastity view, and reflecting sexual rights such as equality, happiness and so on,as well as,the principle of sexual ethics. The five part analyses the limitations of sexual ethics thought and its value about"Likes Enemy".Conclusion of the paper describes the enlightenment of sexual ethics thought about"Likes Enemy".
