Economic development and the changing market give tourism management opportunities and challenges, and cultivate a solid professional knowledge, the basis of good language ability and cross-cultural communication is a new type of bilingual personnel in the new tourism competitive environment the only way to gain competitive advantage. The correct use of "bilingual education" is not only to adapt to market and improve the quality of our manpower needs, but at the same time teaching in schools, teachers, students made a higher demand.In this paper, "Bilingual Education" as the main object of study, using a questionnaire, interview, comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, fuzzy comprehensive analysis and other research methods, conducted on bilingual teaching and practice of Review concluded at first, through Tourism Management Institute of Anhui Bilingual administered survey of teaching the work practice, analyze their needs and their immediate causes of problems and to make improvements in the related program design and implementation security requirements. The main results are:1, According to the theory of management and education, through the Survey the work practice, to understand the shortcomings of bilingual teaching in the school, analyze their needs and their immediate causes of problems2, Use SWOT analysis to know the advantages and disadvantages of Tourism Management bilingual education in the school, more realistic response to the bilingual school teaching practice.3, According to the school of the actual situation and have obtained the appropriate design to improve the problem: 1) establish the correct implementation of the concept of bilingual education; 2) set the bilingual teaching science courses; 3) the establishment of a bilingual teacher incentives; 4) sound Bilingual teaching management; 5) Select the appropriate proportion of bilingual education.4, For the improved design, the corresponding implementation of the security requirements combined with actual school.According to the actual survey, data analysis and use of a large number of relevant theories of human resources development research, hoping for tourism management improvement of bilingual teaching theoretical basis and practical reference.
