In the recent years, with the universities enrollment scale, there are many social problems, on the one hand, the community response that the quality of the university students overall decline; on the other hand, students complain more about their own school ,And how to improve college students School Belonging has become the common concern of many researchers . School Belonging refers to students in school experience the respected, identified feeling, which is an important feeling of students in the school structure,;Self-worth refers to the value of oneself judgment. The main purpose of this study is to explore the college students' respective condition influenced factors and the relationship of School Belonging Self-worth, and Interpersonal Relation. Research use the methods of questionnaire survey, which inquire four universities'1047 college students in HeBei province. Through the analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and statistical methods it has the following conclusions:1. The satisfaction degree of our college students to their own university: the School Belonging degree of male college students is higher than female but the difference is not apparent; the degree of urban students is slightly higher than rural students, but the difference was not significant; Family upbringing ways play an important role in the School Belonging degree: the college students degree of democratic upbringing way is the highest, the autocratic way is the second ,the permissive way is the third and the indifferent way is the lowest ;The freshman degree are higher than the sophomore's; Personality types take an important part in the School Belonging degree: the degree of mixed character type is the highest, the introverted is the second, the export-oriented is the lowest, the difference is very significant among the three.2. The Self-worth degree of male students is higher than female's; The one of the city students is generally higher than the countryside student's ,but the personal orientation degree of rural college students is significantly higher than urban students, Family upbringing ways of Self-worth, produce an important role, the way of democratic, the autocratic, the permissive and the indifferent reduce in turn,: There are significant grade differences in students Self-worth ; Different character types of college students has great difference in Self-worth, the mixed character type is the highest, the introverted is the second, and the overall self-worth of extroverted is the lowest.3. Female students are better in communication than male; students in urban are better than the ones in rural; Students interpersonal relation with different family upbringing ways has significant differences; the whole of the Freshmen in getting friends, and getting on with others are all better than the Sophomore; Personality types have great influence on interpersonal contact, in the interpersonal and getting with opposite sex aspects ,the mixed best, the extroverted the second and the introverted very poor . But in communicating and interpersonal comprehensive capacity aspects, the extroverted the best, the mixed the second and the introverted the lowest.4. The School Belonging was influenced by interpersonal relationship and interpersonal relationship was influenced by Self-worth, School Belonging could indirectly affect self-worth..
