In the course of historical development, with the linear productivity growth and rising living standards of people's aesthetic requirements and objectives are constantly changing. The height of the development of capitalism in the West led directly to the birth of consumerism, human society gradually into the "consumer society" in this mode. China is already in the current model, though it started late in some western capitalist countries, but the pace of development far beyond people's imagination, with its progressive maturation, Chinese scholars and aesthetic issues related to consumer research also entered the discussion of building healthy, rational consumer aesthetic of new areas. Human subject as a consumer society, in the "consumption" and "aesthetic" is how to choose and achieve balance? Further asked: In a consumer society, people actually have what aesthetic purpose and need? We found that, in the consumer age, the consumption of things people are not because of value, but its symbolic significance of the property included.This paper consumption from four times the aesthetic aspects of research. The first part describes the academic perspective on macro consumer society and consumer research and the definition of the aesthetic issues that presented the diversity of consumer society's collective consciousness and behavior. The third part will introduce closely linked with the consumption era of "new media" and "new media" stands for "Network Literature" in the consumer era out of position and influence. We need the right theory of literary aesthetics and regulatory guidelines, the fourth part of the aesthetic of contemporary consumer society to criticize, I believe that the era of aesthetic consumption, whether it is the popular aesthetic, anti-aesthetic tradition, can not abandon itself as a guide, regardless of whether the aesthetic elite, vulgar aesthetic can not give up on people, public or low-rise, low-level attention, or aesthetic will lose its vitality, has no value.This study, the construction is based on literary aesthetics as the central axis, but in the pursuit of the foundation will build across diverse variety of research areas, involving economics, sociology, psychology, and other research areas.
