Based on the all of predecessors, this research selects 420 people from a state-owned enterprise as subjects, use the psychological capital scale and work family conflict scale as tools, analyze the current situation of psychological capital and work-family conflict and the relationship between the two.First, analyze the psychological capital in the differences in demographic variables.The result shows: male employee’s psychological capital, confidence, toughness has significant advantages compared to female employees; middle and senior managers’ toughness level has significant advantages compared to ordinary employees and basic level managers.Second, analyze the work- family conflict in the differences in demographic variables. The result shows: 30-39 years old employees and over 50 years old employees’ work-family conflict, work-to-family conflict in behavior, family-to-work conflict in time and family- to-work conflict in behavior are more intense than employees under 30 years old. The work- family conflict, work-to-family conflict in time, work-to- family conflict in behavior of employees under bachelor degree are more intense than employees with bachelor degree, the family-to-work conflict in behavior of employees under bachelor degree and with bachelor degree are both more intense than employees with master degree. Married employees’ work- family conflict, work-to-family conflict in time, work-to- family conflict in behavior, family-to-work conflict in time, family- to-work conflict in stress are all more intense than unmarried employees. The work-family conflict, work-to- family conflict in time, family-to-work conflict in time of employees who have to take care of children are more intense than employees who don’t have to.Third, analyze the relationship between the psychological capital and work- family conflict, the result shows: the psychological capital and its four dimensions are negatively correlated with the work- family conflict, work-to-family conflict in stress, work-to-family conflict in behavior, family- to-work conflict in time, family- to-work conflict in pressure and family- to-work conflict in behavior. Further, confidence and toughness ha ve a significant impact on work- family conflict; toughness and hope have a significant impact on work-to-family conflict in stress; optismistic has a significant impact on work-to-family conflict in behavior; confidence has a significant impact on family-to-work conflict in time and stress; confidence and optimistic have a significant impact on family- to-work conflict in behavior.Finally, discuss the results of the study, make a reflection and review, point out the insufficiency, and give an outlook.
