Subjective well-being is the overall evaluation of anindividual with their lives, it not only affects the employees’ health and work, but also has important significance on the development of the enterprise. Work family conflict will affect people’s perception and evaluation of life, thus will affect the indiv idual subjective well-being. Individuals with different level s of psychological capital will have different cognition in t he face of the pressure produced by work family conflict, leading to different levels of subjective well-being.Purpose:To help knowledge workers improve happiness, the research analyzed the relationship among work family conflic t, the psychological capital and subjective well-being of kno wledge workers, and emphasised on the moderating effect of p sychological capital in the course of work family conflict in fluencing subjective well-being. At the same time,this rese arch studied the present situation of work family conflict, t he psychological capital and subjective well-being of knowled ge workers.Method:This research used the Work Family Conflict Questionnaire, the Psycap Questionnaire-24and the Index of well-being Questionnaire as the research tool and adopted the convenient sampling method, sampling for enterprises in Beijing, Guangzh ou Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Changsha, Nanning, etc. At last, the author got462valid samples, and through statistical analysis by using spss19.0and Mplus7.0, the following conclusions were obtained:Firstly, The level of work family conflict and subjective well-being of knowledge staff’s work is at themedium, while the level of psychological capital on the middle.In addition, the level of family conflict, psychological capital and subjective well-being differs in gender, education and other demographic variables.Secondly, there is a significant negative correlation of work family conflict and subjective well-being. The higher the level of work family conflict, the lower the level of subjective well-being.Thirdly, positive correlation relationship exists in psychological capital and well being. The level of subjective well-being of those who are more confident, more hopeful about the future, more positive and optimistic is higher.Finally, psychological capital has a moderating effect between work family conflict and subjective well-being. With the lower level of psychological capital, the work family conflict has a greater influence on the subjective well-being, andvice versa.
