As the core members of an enterprise,managers have greater stress in work and family.In recent years,there have been many researches on this aspect,however,most of them are one-way studies or external factors studies.Today,the "person" has become one of the core strengths of the enterprise's competitiveness.Therefore,with the background of positive psychology,this study will conduct a two-way research on the work and life of the managers of enterprises,from the perspective of individual psychological capital.The main contents of this study include:first,the revision of the work-family conflict scale localization research,the second is to explore the specific situation of business managers in each variable,the third is to explore the linear relationship between work-family conflict,psychological capital,job satisfaction and life satisfaction as well as the intermediary role of psychological capital.Finally,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 302 management companies of major enterprises in Jiangsu and Shanghai and analyzed the data obtained and reached the following conclusions:(1)The revised Work-Family Conflict Scale consists of six dimensions and has good reliability and validity in the Chinese corporate management population.(2)The overall level of work-family conflict of enterprise managers is medium,in which the work pressure on family has a big conflict.Psychological capital as a whole is in the upper level,which managers' self-efficacy is stronger,the degree of optimism is relatively low.Job satisfaction in general,internal satisfaction is higher than the level of external satisfaction,and life satisfaction in the upper level.(3)Some demographic factors have obvious influence on work-family conflict,psychological capital,job satisfaction and life satisfaction.(4)Work-family conflict,psychological capital,job.satisfaction and life satisfaction are inter-related.Job-family conflict,job satisfaction and life satisfaction are cross-impact models.Work-family conflict has a negative predictive effect on psychological capital.Psychological capital is positively predictive of job satisfaction and life satisfaction.(5)Psychological capital plays a complete intermediary role in working-family conflict and work satisfaction,an intermediary role in work family conflict and life satisfaction.This research proves that the conflict in the work field or in the family field will affect the satisfaction in another field,and that psychological capital can alleviate sense of conflict.Therefore,business managers can improve their own satisfaction by increasing their own psychological capital.
