Under the overall environment where the mental health cause develops vigorously with each passing day,we pay more and more attention to the mental health condition of the staff who are engaged in medical treatment and nursing in the field of psychiatry.As a kind of occupation which is of relatively high risks,the working condition that psychiatric staff are in takes on great changes than it used to with the gradual development of the mental health cause.People's recognition and understanding on mental health work improve dramatically.It is necessary to explore the current condition of the psychiatric staff's job burnout.Family is the basis of life and job is the stage where human beings can realize their value,both of them are very important.Psychological capital is a category of positive psychological resource that can not only drive one's growth but also help him to improve his work performance and efficiency.This research tries to explore the relationship among work family conflict,psychological capital and job burnout so as to further enrich the research in the aspect of job burnout,it also hopes to find a way that can effectively relief job burnout,make the psychiatric staff's job burnout remains a preferable status and offer reference to guarantee the mental health of them.This research applies three psychological questionnaires,including WFC,PCQ-24 and MBI-GS.The statistical methods that the research uses are Independent sample T test,Single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating of effect test.By applying the above mentioned methods,the research analyses and studies the psychiatric staff's work family conflict,psychological capital and job burnout,the difference of the three variables in demographic variables as well as the relationship among the three variables.This research makes four hundred psychiatric staff who are selected from five mental health institutions in Hebei province as its research target.The questionnaire is tested in a secret way.There are 366 valid questionnaires left selecting from the 400 questionnaires being withdrew.The research conclusions are as follows.1?Generally speaking,the extent of the subject investigated' s work family conflict is relatively low,the extent of their work to family conflict is slightly high.2?There are differences in the aspect of sex,age,positional titles,academicqualifications,working seniority,marital status,fertility status,form of employment and monthly income of the subject investigated' s work family conflict.3?The subject investigated is of relatively high psychological capital.4?There are differences in the aspect of age,positional titles,academic qualifications,working seniority,position and hospital levels of the subject investigated' s psychological capital condition.5?Job burnout of the subject investigated is in low fatigue condition in general,emotional exhaustion dimension is in moderate fatigue among it.6?There are differences in the aspect of age,academic qualifications,working seniority,fertility status,monthly income and hospital levels of the subject investigated' s job burnout.7?The subject investigated' s work family conflict and psychological capital,psychological capital and job burnout all present distinct negative correlation,work family conflict and job burnout reveals prominent positive correlation.8?Work family conflict can positively predict the extent of job burnout,psychological capital can negatively predict the extent of job burnout.9?Psychological capital plays a partly intermediate role in work family conflict and job burnout.
