Bilingual Phenomenon is a constant of history. Several million years ago, there are kinds of ethnic group lived within china, according to archaeological finds. The intercourse among ethnic groups brought the language contact, moreover, the Bilingual appeared. With the developments of the society, the Bilingualism has become an increasingly important hot topic in academic circled. But the overall and systematical research of representative language present situation of Korean and Chinese about the type area--Xita District of Shenyang in Liaoning Province is still a virgin field. In sociolinguistics, Bilingual research of the area is very significant in Linguistic and cultural value and filling the virgin field.The Korean which lived in Shenyang almost located in the Xita District. It is a business district with strong national characteristics. On account of the living needs, the people use or know Korean and Chinese. The paper which bases Korean and Chinese present situation of Xita District and exert sociology, psychology, culturology and so on builds further investigation on studying, using and attitude of the languages, analyzes the social mentality of the Bilingualism, explored the Bilingualism development in the area.This thesis consists of three chapters.There is an Introduction of Bilingualism in the Xita District in chapter 1st, which includes Xita's introduction and usage of the language and character summary. In the chapter 2nd, I analyses and investigates Bilingualism using present situation in Xita District, included investigates methods expatiation, society status analysis and mental status analysis. In the chapter 3rd, there is a pondering about future of the Bilingualism in the Xita District. I put forward thinking about how to correctly guide and protect the Bilingual development.
