The ultimate goal of vocational education is to train talents .Specifically speaking, In order to enhance professional ability and Implement education policy as the basis of new ideas, improve the comprehensive quality as the foundation, adapting to the national economic construction, science and technology progress and the demand of industry structure adjustment. In reality ,the situation of Chinese art design education is not satisfy society ,market ,and industry.Society is mainly unsatisfied with the talent quantity can't meet the needs of the market. Industry is unsatisfied with that there is no clear education theory could be a basic direction of guiding education.thoroughly, the teaching method is can not adapt to the need of design teaching practice. therefore, appear very immature education system, need to study the perfect education mode.Therefore, the teaching of vocational colleges should not only focus on students' eyes stay on the employment of the eyes, and should be combined employment and long-term development. Therefore, the teacher in the teaching should apply some of the new teaching method with teaching. Especially in art design , from members of the future society to see, the most popular request, the most successful laborer, will be with innovation ability of the person who have a pioneering spirit, be good at communication and be cooperate with people well. In the professional education using appropriate teaching approach helps cultivate higher integrated ability of creative talents.According to the specific art design speciality courses, we study some more suitable for teaching methods: "Staged" teaching method,"Together" teaching methods, "The modern media" teaching methods, "project" teaching methods and "dual-script system" teaching method. "Staged" teaching method, is based on the basic thought of students' learning possibility level difference, students can be divided into several levels, according to the different characteristics of each layer students study and teaching activities based. "Together" teaching method is through cooperative learning among students complete knowledge transfer, it maximum arouses student's study enthusiasm and play teamwork spirit. "The modern media" in the whole teaching method refers to the teaching process, the teacher with many kinds of medium set up situation, make students through the eyes, ears, nose, etc sense organs or your body action directly perceive objective "phenomenon", and reflection know "the phenomenon" in the process of nature, under the guidance of teachers, learning in constant "experience" in "acquire knowledge and the development of capacity" teaching method. "Project" teaching method is the teachers and students through joint implementation of a complete program teaching actions. "Dual-script system" teaching methods from Germany, it is to point to by enterprise and school jointly completed, industry and commerce association responsible for quality monitoring a career education training mode.
