| There are many definitions of network language in the academic circles. The network language in this paper relates to the speeches that are made by the netizens in internet activities such as internet news, chatting room, bbs, blog and microblog. Judging from the nature, it is not only a kind of social dialects, a professional jargon, a popular language, but also a kind of variation phenomenon in the network language era.This paper research that the chinese network language loss and find methods to standardizes network lanugage. In this paper, the research of network language standard has important academic value and social significance. As Language loss has brought many negative impact, especially, it brought bad effect with chinese culture and the development of the society. The aim of standardizes network language is not only to coveninent, but also to maintain the purity of chinese.The network language out-of-standard include: phonetic irregularity, symbols irregularity, vocabulary and syntax irregularity and so on. We can find out the norms of principles and methods from the network language irregularity, such as:inclusiveness principle, leading principle, sublation principle. the Standardization of network language is a long-term process, the people should accept it with tolerant attitude. And guide netizen correct understanding the network language and use it. It not only develop innovative and valuable language, but also abandon the vulgar and irregular language.;This paper begins from the pronounciation, meaning, word and sentence of the network language, and find out the source of the problem about the network language irregularity. Summerized the inherent perfect of internet language, improve the standard in academic, media opinion and education. providing information for comunication and exploration of the network regulation,in order to seek more effective regulation. In this paper, the innovation points is to find out the network language specification principles and methods.
