This study aims to explore the relationship among Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of IT enterprise employees.The research is divided into two stages: the first stage, In order to make the Psychological Capital Questionnaire more suitable to IT enterprise employees ,75 IT enterprise staff were selected randomly as a sample to revise this questionnaire. The revised Psychological Capital Questionnaire contains 19 items and 4 dimensions.The Cronbach's Alpha of the four dimensions are all above 0.75,so the revised Psychological Capital Questionnaire has good reliability. First of all, analyze the revised Psychological Capital Questionnaire with confirmatory factor analysis, according to the structural equation model fitting degree index, we accept that the Psychological Capital Questionnaire has four dimensions. Second stage: 202 IT enterprise staff were randomly selected as a sample. throught analyze the data of the 202 staff,we can get the following conclusions:(1)The Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of IT enterprise employees have significant correlation. Psychological Capital and Job Satisfaction have significant positive correlation, with Turnover Intention a significant negative correlation . Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention have a significant negative correlation.(2) The employed staff and unemployed staff have significant difference on Psychological Capital,Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention.(3)Different sex IT enterprise staff have different Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention .The male employees, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention are all higher than the female employees. (4)The ones who worked moer than 3 years have differernt Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention with the oters who worked less 3 years.(5)This research have established a structure equation modeling。In this model job satisfaction is mediating variable。The index of this structure equal model are as following:X~2/df=1.826,RMSEA=0.064, GFI,AGFI,IFI,CFI are all above 0.90.According to the indexes,the model can be recognized as a good one. In another world,the psychological capital can influe turnover intention with job satisfacition.When it comes to the theory,the research enriched the theory of Psychological Capital. The revised questionare can be used to measure the Psychological Capital of IT enterprise staff. The structure equal model established on 202 IT enterprise staff demonstrated that the relationship between Psychological Capital,Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. To practice,this research can be used to improv the Job Satisfaction of IT enterprise staff and depress the Turnover Intention.
