Career decision-making self-efficacy refers to the individual in career decision making process, have self-evaluation or confidence to their ability to complete activities.The individual's career choice in their career decision-making self-efficacy plays an important role.The research object include a total of 300 University graduates and Master degree graduates from four universities in changchun.This research make use of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale,Coping Styles Scale and Social Support Scale to investigate.While analyze the current situation of career decision-making self-efficacy ,and also using t test,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and explore the relationship between postgraduate career decision-making self-efficacy and coping style,as well as social support.The results indicate:(1) On the whole,the levels of postgraduate career decision-making self-efficacy are elevated average,the scores among individual are more discrete,the level differences of individual are relatively big.(2) To postgrudate career decision-making self-efficacy in terms of gender ,there is no significant difference,but boys in each table scores were higher than girls.There is no significant difference between University graduates and Master degree graduates,but University graduates in each table scores were higher than Master degree graduates.(3) Have the part-time experience both in the career decision-making self-efficacy or each table scores were higher than no part-time experience graduates.Besides,whether or not to participate in social practice,there's significant difference on CDMSE total scores and its choice goal dimensions.(4) Graduates whether have work intention or not ,there is signi-ficant difference to their career decision-making self-efficacy. self-efficacy.(5) Coping style is significantly correlated with CDMSE total scores and its five dimensions.Positive coping style is positively related to CDMSE total scores and the five dimensions of CDMSE.Negative coping style is negatively correlated to the CDMSE total scores.CDMSE and its five dimensions can be positively predicted by positive coping style.(6)Among postgraduate career decision-making self-efficacy and social support,their correlation coefficients are significant,except"The use of support"dimension.CDMSE and its five dimensions can be positively predicted by Subjective support.The research enriched the theory of Career decision-making self-efficacy. Through the study of college graduates, expounds the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and coping styles and social support. To practice,this research can be used to improve the Career decision-making of graduate ,and it's valuable to Universities employment instruction.
