Content: This study had revised the Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ) with 44 items made by Gati. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity. With the revision of the CDDQ, we explored the Career Decision-making Difficulties features of University Students and analyzed the relationship with coping efficacy and social support. The conclusions are as follows:1. The revision of the CDDQ has favorable reliability and validity. It can be used to study Chinese college students'career decision-making difficulties;2. The revision of CDDQ has 3 sub-scales, both of them could be explained by eight dimensions. The first category, Lack of Readiness, includes three categories of difficulties: (1)lack of motivation;(2)indecisiveness; and(3)lack of knowledge about the steps involved in the process of career decision making. The second category, Lack of Information, includes three subcategories: (1) lack of information about the self; (2)lack of information about the various occupations; and (3)lack of information about the ways of obtaining additional information. The third major category is Inconsistent includes: (1) unreliable information about self; (2) unreliable information about the occupation;3. The scores of the three sub-scales lie significant difference;4. Students with different gender and subjects have significant different scores on CDDQ;5. There are significant group differences in two sub-scales on CDDQ;6. There is significant gender and grade differences but no subjects differences on coping self-efficacy and social support;7. Coping self-efficacy and social support are negatively correlated with CDD, and they both influence CDD. There is no interaction between them. Social support has indirect effect on CDD through coping self-efficacy.
