The Social Practical Way Of Thinking And Marx's Philosophy Revolution

Marx has realized the revolution in the history of western philosophy. In a fundamental sense, the key to fully understand and master Marx's revolutionary change is the essence of his philosophy. Marx had always devoted his life to real communist movement, so that he spent no time in elaborating systematically his philosophy. Mechanical materialism or intuitive theory of reflection adheres to the principle of abstract objectivity, and ignores the principle of subjectivity, resulting in no realization of negative unity of subject and object. Since the policy of reform and opening up to the outside world, the school of Marxist philosophy in China formulates three views on Marx's philosophy revolution——substance ontology, practice ontology and the social practice way of thinking. The two formers are in fact ontological way of thinking. Both of them declare ontology has essential characteristics of ultimate existence, ultimate explanation and ultimate value. As a theory of human beings existence, Marx's philosophy must be ontology. Man is class existence, so human society is in the historical process of continuous development. Marx's philosophy symbolizes this class existence in theoretical form, in this sense, it is ontology. Although it is ontology, Marx's philosophy completely overturns ontological way of thinking.Chapter One mainly states the process of creating the social practice way of thinking and its basic contents. Social practical point of view is the core category of Marx's philosophy. Based on the former concepts of practice in philosophical history, scientific concept of social practice is first of all established. Marx regards civil society as the starting point, deeply studies its situation , find out man is class existence and finally build up social practice way of thinking. And its basic concepts are comprehensively formulated. Social practice way of thinking is the only correct access to understand man's class existence.
