Purpose of the article is the competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry in-depth theoretical analysis. Thesis is divided into three parts:introduction, body and conclusion. Text is divided into five chapters, about forty thousand words.Introduction explains the causes of topics and practical significance, the existing research results and research method.In the first chapter introduces the competitiveness of the cultural industry and its related concepts, and from the comparison, coupling with the diversity of cultural industries discussed three aspects of the competitiveness of the content. And then further raised:factor endowments, production technology and production methods, innovation, economic development, policy environment, economic and social factors that affect a major cultural aspects of industrial competitiveness.This chapter began in the second combination of the classical model of the cultural industry competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry analysis, which includes "Diamond" model share model and the hierarchical model.The three models in-depth analysis and explained. ChapterⅢis the cultural industry articles competitiveness "3×3" Model, in order to avoid all academic research paradigm for the study of different cause blindness and randomness.Article specifically for the cultural industry within the competitive model was constructed temperament, stability, and guidance unique to the four basic principles.Then use the "3×3" model from the enterprise, industry and national level a full analysis of the cultural industry's competitiveness.This chapter commenced in the first three chapters of the introduction and discussion of theoretical models, the competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry to analyze.And then the present, the cultural industry in China than in developed countries still exist:the overall strength of weak cultural industries, cultural industries are less competitive, the whole cultural industry at a disadvantage in international competition issues. This is mainly constrained by the cultural values, the impact of culture itself, the Government Management "Offside" and "Absence",laws and regulations are not sound, the technical force is very weak, market development capability and low impact areas.In this paper, the fifth chapter summarizes the current competitiveness of China's cultural industry's comparative advantage:abundant cultural resources, market demand is big and can be expected in the policy advantages of the culture industry and its potential. And the sixth in the final chapter:the establishment of national interest-based strategy and the cultural power of innovation management system and operational mechanism and the strengthening of the overall strategy of the three supply related systems. Finally, the author of this paper writes some concluding remarks.
