Under the background of economic globalization,cultural economy and its influence have become an important part of comprehensive national strength,and the competition of cultural industry is one of the important aspects of international competition.On a world scale,many developed countries regard the cultural industry as a rising sunrise industry and become one of the leading industries of the country,and the cultural industry of more and more developing countries has gradually become a new national economic growth point.With the further opening of the market for cultural products and services,the international competition in the cultural industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The cultural industry in developed countries in the field of culture has accumulated certain development experience.Its industrial development has a set of mature development system,and it occupies a favorable competitive position in the international market with obvious competitive advantages.As a large country with cultural resources,China has a good foundation for cultural development,but the development of cultural industry is backward,and the system of cultural industry is incomplete,which is not commensurate with the status of China as a large cultural country.Based on the theory of porter's "diamond model",combining with the evaluation system of IMD,adopt the method of quantitative analysis,in this paper,respectively to China,Australia,Brazil,India,South Africa,Japan,South Korea,the United States,Singapore,Britain,Italy,11 countries,from the production factor,demand factor,enterprise development,and related industries,government behavior and trade and so on build cultural industry competitiveness index system,consists of 18 indexes,it is concluded that the weight of each index,by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and then carry on the quantitative analysis to our country culture industry international competitiveness level.The international competitiveness index data and empirical analysis results of China's cultural industry are obtained,that is,the cultural resources and environment of China are relatively good,and the international competitiveness of the cultural industry is strong,but there are also many problems.In the end,in order to improve the international competitiveness of China's cultural industry,putting forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions from the policy level,industrial level,enterprise level respectively by using categorical analysis.
