Dostoevsky's creation are an inexhaustible treasure, providing researchers with multi-angle and multi-level possibilities. In his works, criminal issues abound. The author use them as an effective means to deliver his thoughts, and also to reveal the crisis of the society, figure out the nature of man and explore the way out.Dostevsky spent his whole life solving the problem "to find man out of man", which means spiritual presence and deep psychology in the inner world of man. Therefore, his creation is not pointing toward outer world, but the inner world. The theme of his works is man's soul, the crisis of human nature and the rescue mode. All these decides that Dostoevsky's thinking about law is different from general crimes. The roles of Dostoevsky's novels are all set in a transition period of social system. The decay of juriprudence generated conflict between lofty ideals and petty and low life, between strong spirits and frail flesh. After integrating the description of "crime" and " punishment" of Dostoevsky's works, we can find three parallel and interdependent situations: Firstly, the vicissitudes of the epoch, the unrest of the reforms and the confusion of thoughts facilitated the crisis of faith, which caused emergence of crimes.Secondly, the trial is an indispensable procedure. The system of law in reforms was not clear, its operability was also not mature, and thus the trial almost ignored the party. Such trials couldn't serve the criminals right, therefore the condemn of the innermost being and the repentance from God was the most important. Crimes lead to punishment. If there was mistakes in trial, punishment was lacking in justice, thereby revenge was an ingredient of the punishment of law. Dostoevsky put his roles in spiritual mess, then make them detached and sublimated of human nature, and understand the truth of living for God and perfection in the faith for God and love. This is Dostoevsky-style salvation.
