With the increasing stress brought by modern working and living style, enterprise employees are suffering with the fast paced startup environment. Higher job demands led to even more negative affections for instance depress anxiety and other kinds of psychosomatic diseases. People who frustrated by his own work may fell into the jam calls"Job Burnout"easily. Time management disposition, be concerned as a significant factor of job burnout phenomenon, is the focus which considered by this research.This research which based on the Job Demands-Resources Model, explores the effect between job demands, job resources and burnout, trying to find a way to reduce burnout from the traits of job itself. And with the concept of time management disposition became more concerned, it is necessary to find a way to reduce burnout form the employees themselves.This research investigated 433 enterprise employees by using MBI-GS which has been edited by Chinese researchers, job demand-resources questionnaire and time amanagement disposition questionnaire. The exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were applied to analyze data. The results are follows:1. Subjects'main reflection of job burnout is low-level self-achievability2. Subjects'"timing-management tendency"performance is in above-average level.3. Two hypotheses in the terms of Healthy Damage and Motive Damage in JD-R theory is partly proved by this research.4. There was negative correlation between timing-management tendency and job burnout performance.5. Job Resources can play its moderating role in the terms of working requirements and job burnout performance. Timing-management can also regulating the subjects'performance of job burnout.
