Nowadays, college students' learning burnout attracts extensive public concern. As a negative psychological phenomenon, learning burnout on the one hand affect the college students' academic achievements, on the other hand it might impact their future career development, that would be bad for the construction of national talent. Therefore, study of the students' learning burnout status and discussing its influence factors have very important significance in improving the students' learning situation and promoting their psychosomatic development.This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey method. There are 390 subjects students from one of comprehensive undergraduate colleges in Shaanxi.We use the following questionnaires:Adolescence Time Management Disposition Questionnaire developed by Huang Xiting etc, Self Consistency and Congruence Scale developed by Wang Dengfeng etc and Learning Burnout Scale developed by Lian Rong etc. Through the investigation and empirical research, we should discuss college students' learning burnout status. Then we will investigate the influence of the time management disposition and self consistency and congruence for learning burnout, and analysis the relations among the three factors.The Results show that:(1) Comprehensive undergraduate college students' learning burnout is in the middle level.There are 28.46% students' learning burnout above a middle level, so the situation is not optimistic.College students' learning burnout status show significant differences in grade, discipline characteristics and academic achievement ranking. They have no significant differences in such factors:gender, origin, whether they are the only child or not. Compared with other three grades, sophomore's learning burnout score is the highest, and have remarkable difference. The students of science and engineering have lower sense of achievement than arts students. Learning burnout difference between outstanding achievements and underachievement students is significant. College students' time management disposition and self consistency and congruence have marked differences in grade and academic achievement ranking, while gender, origin, whether they are the only child or not and the discipline characteristics have no significant influence on their time management disposition and self consistency and congruence.(2) There are marked correlations among college students' time management disposition, self consistency and congruence and learning burnout. There is significantly negative correlation between time management disposition and learning burnout among the students. The total score of SCCS is significantly positively related to the total score of LB.Correlation analysis shows significantly negative correlation between time management disposition and self consistency and congruence.(3) Comprehensive undergraduate college students' time management disposition and self consistency and congruence have significant prediction to the learning burnout. A linear regression analysis shows that the sense of the time control, the sense of the time efficacy and disharmony between self and experience enter the predictive regression equation.(4) The relationship between time management disposition and learning burnout is mediated by self consistency and congruence for college students. Disharmony between self and experience partly mediates the relationship between the sense of the time efficacy and learning burnout, while it wholly mediates the relationship between the sense of the time value and learning burnout.
