| My thesis use You,Yang,Fan,Lu sequence which is widely used. As a bibliographer, You have bibliography conscious on preserving books of poetic-ci. Although he only saved catalogues, but open the fashion. As a disciple of ChengYi, he had carried forward the hierarchy sense of the two brothers. Yang's poetic-ci philosophy expressed as follow: impromptu and unmindful creative approach, the functional perspective of "byway", looked down on the poetic-ci, claimed the poetic-ci must be "the gentlemen used lust instead of sex, censures but not slander", criticized singing the praises of dominator and the fashion of showy and not substantial. Fang also used halfhearted's attitude treat poetic-ci. In his point of view, it is just a tool which can adding to the fun and recording the anecdote. He rejected the vulgar poetic-ci, appreciated the elegant poetic-ci of SuShi and JiangKui. His creation also had the tendency of elegance which is obvious. In Lu's mind, poetic-ci derived from the end of Tang Dynasty, and it is a evil sign which has become more and more frivolous. Any gentleman should not do it. On the one hand, he despised the poetic-ci, on the other hand, he created a lot. He confirmed the art of poetic-ci, valued it's beauty, appreciated the pure and fresh of it. Lu considered himself as a "poet" rather than a poetic-ci writer. Poetic-ci cannot match with poetic in his heart. The Four Greatest Poets'poetic-ci theroies reflected two important poetic-ci's tendency during the Song Dynasty. Considering of the elegance tendency of Southern Song Dynasty, people pay close attention to the Elegance Regression Poetic-ci Preface by recluse Tong Yang and the origin of Poetic-ci by Zhang Yan, they always ignored the poetic-ci's theroy by the four greatest poets. The Four Greatest Poets'poetic-ci theroy contributed the poetic-ci history respectively, but they were finite. So we should not excessive raise the position of their poetic-ci theories. |
