In recent years, education internationalization has become a hot issue of the development of education all over the world. Not only did it promote mutual exchange in the field of education among different countries, but also the educational resources were shared.With economic globalization and international education development, universities are playing an increasingly important role. Universities of art and design strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, under such situation, there has been many courses related to space design. Currently, international exchange and development of space design courses will make a big difference to chinese development of space design. In accordance with national requirements, Shanghai will implement the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and technology. International exchanges and cooperation of the art and design institutions is the specific embodiment of that stragey. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the overall analysis and survey to the content, status, characteristics of space design courses as well as give effective recommendations and countermeasures for dealing with that situation.Shanghai international cooperation course is an important reflection of art and design of educational internationalization in Shanghai. A lot of universities in Shanghai have participated in this programme of space design in recent years, which can not only benefit the two-way cultural communication but also learn from foreign advanced teaching concepts and innovative ideas.Therefore, it is essential to research the space design of international cooperation programme of teaching system. This article proposed the research topic, defined the scope of the study, the significance and purpose, current status and methods, summarize the course phasic results. In addition, it gave the effective suggestions for the status quo of the current curriculum on the basis of analysis and practice of those course cases. Also it gave inspirations for relevant art courses. The author studied in Donghua University, and participated in international courses, responsible for arrangement of courses and co-ordination, a detailed record of the courses, and course data aggregation and reporting. In addition, the author actively participated in two practice courses as a student, Sino-Australian cooperation programs. Those experience provided a number of sources of information for writing this article.Through analy and summary the information, I found the building of the space design international cooperation course is very necessary. The contrast and repetition in the argument on the basis of this course conclude three parties:the establishment of principles, ways and means to explore some problems and the developing in the future.
