The Investigation Of Development Design Base On The Recent Significance Of Traditional Culture In China

The identification of traditional culture is the sum of civilization, specification, local custom, religion and arts, even the way of thought and behaviour, which are stand in the history and continuous to be used now or slightly changed for lasting until today. Traditional culture is the living past which affects to our everyday life. This task obtains the recent significance of traditional culture, via designing and developing the product of traditional culture so that it constructs a new relationship between civilization and human being, in order to reach the target, which increases the quality of human life and the development of society and ecological equilibrium, even the connection of traditional culture and human being is getting more and more weaker due to the history and humanities.This task begins with the essential investigation of traditional culture, which involves the identification, properties, influence and recent significance of traditional culture. Then it follows by the design plan of the value product investigation of traditional culture via three factors which are the affection of configuration, function and concept design from civilization. Therefore it discusses the method of evaluation for these designs of product concept to achieve the final summary. In the task, the research from investigating the influence from traditional culture to consumer, to how to drag this influence into the product design of civilization project, are guided as a direction of "civilization-human being-object", base on the detailed research of processing design in modern value, so that it supports a new referenced thought and method for development of traditional culture, which are apparently provided with uniqueness and innovativeness. This task is based on the reality via two actual examples of "WU culture", which are Industry Park in WUFENG Mountain and new village tourism scheme in BAIXIANG harbour, addresses the configuration, function and concept design of modern value for traditional culture, which is very feasible.Finally, the task is very compositive and challenging, as it involves with phychology, praxiology, sociology, culturology, design science and many intersectant subject.
