With the development of Positive Psychology and Human-oriented Management, Subjective well-being has got more and more attention, previous studies paid more attention to the related cognitive dimension, on this basis, and some researchers have raised the emotional dimensions of subjective well-being: the job happiness. The job happiness can be used to evaluate the positive feelings and positive experiences from the work. Previous studies only research the relationship between the job happiness and Job Performance. In this study, further explorations about the relationship among the three have being made after the introduction of job burnout, in order to integrate the three researches, then study how the job happiness impact on job performance.This study chose civil servants as the subjects. Currently, civil servant is a hot career; to study this group's working status has its social significance. In the meantime, civil servants have their specificity that different with companies and enterprises. Many previous studies focused on the work stress and job satisfaction, etc. This group's job happiness was being selected as the main research, combined with study of the relationship among job burnout, job performance and job happiness. Eventually, provide a theoretical reference to improve the civil servants'job happiness, thus reducing burnout and improve job performance. This study selected sex, age, marital status, education level, administrative level, job category, work experience and salary as histological features of demographic variables, by using job happiness questionnaire, CMBI and work performance questionnaire as subjects of survey, applied SPSS software to analyze the data collected, the main conclusions are as the following:Firstly, the level of civil servants'job happiness was not high; different degrees of job burnout appeared among most civil servants; civil servants'job performance was not good enough. The job happiness of young civil servants was significantly lower than middle-aged civil servants. In terms of Gender, marital status, education level, administrative level, job category, work experience and salary, different groups of civil servants working on the different dimensions of job happiness reflected the different degrees of difference.Secondly, job happiness, the sense of burnout and job performance showed a significant correlation, job happiness and job burnout dimensions was significant negatively correlated; while job happiness and job performance showed a significant positive correlation. Job happiness could negatively predict job burnout, and it could positively predict job performance.Thirdly, emotional exhaustion of job burnout was the mediate variable in the relationship between individual trait and job performance; depersonalization was the mediate variable in the relationship between job happiness and job performance; diminished personal accomplishment was the mediate variable in the relationship between individual trait, job shadow and job performance, and it was also the fully mediate variable in the relationship between external influence and job performance.
