Especially the present self-commitment and the willingness of further self-commitment have greater impact on the satisfaction and interest of life. The present self-commitment has impact on the worry of healthy and the sad or happy state of mind too. The vigor and the control of emotion and behavior are influenced by the willingness of further future self-commitment.
