The development of self-identity penetrates life of individuals, of which the development of vocational identity is one of the most important parts, this research aims at exploring the present situation of their vocation identity and its affecting factors(based on demographical variables) and inquiring into the relation among vocational identity, perceived social support and subjective well-being.the research respectively surveyed the 697 students in the second and third grades of a secondary vocational school, using the revised Chinese version of Occupation Identity Scale(OIS), the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and the Adolescent Subjective Well-being Scale(ASWS). the research use Chinese version of SPSS 20.0, the outcomes are listed as follows:(1) The mean scores of vocational identity in descending order are listed as follows: vocational identity foreclosure, vocational identity diffusion, vocational identity moratorium, vocational identity achievement. This is distinct from the prevalent situation in the university students.(2) Significant differences of data collected from OIS are shown in the population variables.(3) Significant differences of perceived social support are partially shown in the population variables.(4) Significant differences of subjective well-being are partially shown in the population variables.(5) Significant positive correlation is shown between Significant positive correlation,perceived social support and subjective well-being.(6) Perceived social support acts as an intermediator between vocational identity and subjective well-being.
