Academic Research On The Yu Zhengxie

Yu-Zhengxie, another name was Lichu, was born in Yi-xian, An-hui province, who was a famous scholar of the Qing dynasty from the Jia-qing to Dao-guang and a representative scholar of Hui-zhou. His representative works were Gui-si lei-gao, Gui-si Cun-gao, Si-yang-zhai Shi-gao and so on. Scholars got attention to him and his works when his books were published, and emergenced a lot of gratifying achievements as a result of his achievements in the academic. However, the achievements mainly focused on his social ideology result in the other research fields were still insufficient. There is still need to further study because there is no one monograph about he has been published currently. This paper gives a further study on the academic of Yu-Zhengxie based on previous study. In the micro level, it helps to understand of the development of Hui-zhou academic and evaluation of the academic status of Yu-Zhengxie in Wan-shool of the Qing Dynasty correctly. In the macro level, it contributes to understanding of the changes of study style of the Qing Dynasty and evaluation of Wan-school academic scholarship and his contribution in the Qing Dynasty correctly.Yu-Zhengxie was born in a poor family. He collated and edited books for others in order to survive, and many books that he edited did not write his own name. The author breaks the practice of giving his brief introduction, starts the paper from his life and then explores academic influence from his books collation and edition for other people. In addition, this paper shows his academic influence based on these two books as comprehensively as possible because Yu-Zhengxie academic mainly focus on Gui-si lei-gao and Gui-si Cun-gao. Yu masters in Jing-xue, History, Zi-xue, Ji-bu and so forth due to his comprehensive study. Because of my limit knowledge and the nature of my major, I focus on talking about primary, Literature, Jing-xue, History, sexual physiology of Yu's preliminarily and summarizing his academic achievements and the influence of his scholarship and academic. This paper divided into four parts:The first part expands the previous studies, which introduce Yu-Zhengxie's academic life from the aspects of "Travelling life, Books edition for others", " Candid character, Seldom friends" and "Gui-si two drafts, Academic crystallization ". The second part exploits the area of research, which show Yu-Zhengxie's academic achievement as comprehensive as possible from the aspects of philology, classical studies, history, sexual physiology. The third part follows the second part to overview features and methods of Yu's scholar which is mainly about four aspects. Firstly, seek truth in scholar. Secondly, do not follow the ancients blindly. Thirdly, based on textual research, wide the field, reference widely, develop or abandoned. Fourth, care about the community. The fourth part provided a brief overview of his academic impact on future generations from the aspects of "Li-chu Academic Schools", social ideas, lexicographical compiled.
