The as many as stars Chinese poem attract a lot of scholars from at home and abroad. Chinese poem into English is an important means to spread national culture, especially paid more and more attention in recent years. Translation is an art created by ways of advantage competition between two different characters. Specific to Chinese poem's translation, we must know the difference between the two poems, and recur the essence of the translated poem. This thesis study on the subject and object of Chinese poem into English, for explaining the great influence of culture and the subject of translation- translator's practice. The foreword introduced the research status of Chinese poem into English. The theory of Chinese poem into English start from the last 20 years of last century, mainly unfold from Xu Yuanchong's "Three Beauty of, coming up with the concept of translation subject and who can translate the Chinese ancient poems. The main body spread from the angle of culture comparison, first study on geography, philosophy, religion, language and some other culture background. Second point to the two most typical features-image and prospect, how to translate them is a great challenge to translation between two different cultures. Third, study on the subject of translation- translator's analysis and discuss, translator's subjectivity embody in the whole practice of translation, their impulsive on translation is the necessary condition. Translators pass through between two different cultures without rest. In the end, refer to the influence of Chinese poem to English culture. The thesis point to culture comparison, erect the subjectivity of the translators, and explain the features of the object is the key to the difficulty of translation.
