Inner Mongolia Interactive Development Of Culture And Tourism

Since the 1990s, with the acceleration of the pace with the development of science,technology and globalization, the mutual development of culture and economy has been become more and more obvious. The developed countries with their strong economic strength and effective managing tools, have greatly promoted the development of cultural industries and have made it become the new growth point of economy, or even a pillar industry of the national economy. Cultural industry is considered as a "sunrise industry" or "zero pollution industry" in the 21st century. A further study on the role of grassland culture of Inner Mongolia in tourism is of great theoretical and practical significance.As the Mongolians have a brilliant culture, it is the source of grassland cultural industry development, as well as the "cultural content". Under the circumstance of the market economy, promoting tourism development in Inner Mongolia by the development of grassland culture can indeed become a new way of sustainable developing economy, and to be a new economic growing point of Inner Mongolia as well.In order to make mutual promotion of tourism and grassland culture, the path of my study followed the way of "discovery the problem-analyze the problem-solve the problem". Supported by the theory of economic growth, my paper made the grassland culture and tourism as the research objects, focusing on the analysis of the cultural and economic relation,the association between the grassland culture and tourism in Inner Mongolia,the industrialization of Inner Mongolia grassland culture and tourism and so on. Through my research I found the problems of these:the weaker main body of grassland cultural industry,lower income,insufficient investment in the field of culture,imperfect cultural industry structure:less mining of tourism resource,lacking of attractive tour sites,less developed tourism products,backward state of management system,slowly improving industrial quality, poor utilization of cultural sites,having no cultural performance of classical plays and so on. For the reason of the above, my paper made perfect corresponding advice and recommendations on interactive development of grassland culture and tourism:strengthening the guiding role of government on culture industry and tourism development:integrating resources,adjusting and completing structures:implementing the linkage strategies of the different local area's development:building the specific brands of grassland cultural industry:extending the industry chains and strengthening the combination of culture industry and tourism,upgrading tourism grade:promoting cultural industry and perfecting the usage of talents:training skilled personnel on cultural industry and tourism:creating independent classic brands:enriching the market of performances and so on.
