Xun Shi Ping Hua(《训世评话》) written by Libian who is a translating scholar in Korea, is another important Sinitic textbook during Korea times after Lao Qi Da(《老乞大》) and Piao Tong Sh(i《朴通事》).This book reflects Sinitic characteristic about the earlier stage of Ming Dynasty. Some are not Chinese usage in this book, one reason maybe language contact; another reason may come from subjective of the author or the editor. But generally, this book closely reflects Chinese characteristic that time. The article mainly studies syntax phenomenon in Xun Shi Ping Hua(《训世评话》), such as Verb-complement structure, disposal construction, passive construction and interrogative sentence , including their classification, appearance characteristic and comparison diachronically. This is conductive to play a big role in studying Ming Dynasty spoken language totally. By the study of Xun Shi Ping Hua(《训世评话》), we found that Verb-complement structure, disposal construction, passive construction and interrogative sentence are basically continued the Tang and Song dynasties use of these types of syntax and format, but there are also some of their own development Characteristics. There are some inherent non-Chinese language phenomenon in Xun Shi Ping Hua(《训世评话》), which may be caused by the influence of the mother tongue or accidental misuse.
