The article picks three sets representative Chinese textbooks of teaching Chinese as second language compiled after 21 century, which are planned by hanban.We studies the selection and arrangement of the grammar points in the three sets textbooks. We form a database by collecting all grammar points in the three sets textbooks, then classify and statistic the data.The author described and analyzed the materials, and then got the corresponding conclusions.With respect to the selection of grammer points, We study from the amount of the grammar points to the chosen of the levels of grammar points (known as "Jia, Yi, Bing, Ding", four dieffrent levels). In term of the arrangement of grammer points, we study the traits of systemization of grammer in each material and detailed information about each selected grmamar point. At last, the writer reveals the traits and merits of each material in selecting and arrangement grammar points. Some suggestions on the selection and arrangement of the grammar points in textbooks of teaching Chinese as second language are brought out.
