Japanese Chinese textbooks have certain academic value in the history of Chinese international education.“Regularity of Qing Language” is a Chinese textbook during the Meiji period in Japan.Zhang Meilan included it in the "Japanese Meiji Chinese Textbooks" series.The textbook is complete and arranged.According to the textual pattern of pronunciation,vocabulary and grammar,it is highly targeted,scientific and practical.Therefore,combining the first-hand original data literature to study the textbook has certain value and significance.This paper takes “Regularity of Qing Language” as the main research object,analyzes its main teaching contents by statistical method,contrastive method,induction method,and arranges and analyzes the phonetic,lexical and grammatical contents of the textbook respectively.Through the study,it is found that the selection of phonetic teaching content in the textbook is biased to the change of sound,the choice of vocabulary tends to oral category,the selection of grammar point items is biased towards the primary Chinese learners,and the practicability is outstanding.The grammar items are explained independently,and the grammar items are arranged in accordance with the principles of gradual and decentralized difficulties.The selection of teaching content in the whole textbook is closely related to life,the arrangement of which is focused on displaying the teaching content,the heavy and difficult points are scattered,the step by step is gradual,and the practicability is strong.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the selection and arrangement of the teaching content of the textbook,the author holds that the compilation of the teaching material of the current Chinese international education should keep pace with the times in the selection of the teaching content,and focus on the needs of the learners.In order to select the teaching contents which are closely related to the real life,we should strengthen the systematicness and increase the interest in the arrangement.
