This article, divided into four chapters, is a magisterial thesis for a master's degree of which the researching subject is the Baoxun, a bamboo-slipped manuscript collected in Tsinghua University. In the Chapter One, the case of being collected of the "Tsinghua Bamboo Slips" and the general profile of the academic research relating to the bamboo slipped Baoxun are both given a brief introduction. In the Chapter Two, based on the achievements having been obtained by the academic cycle, comprehensive and detailed annotations and notes are supplemented, while the original annotations are revised to a certain and proper degree. An initial attempt is also tried to supplement the missed characters in the Slip Two. In the Chapter Three, some related questions as follows are highlighted:1. the meaning and implication of "保訓" which is selected as the title of the text and the problem whether the "保" should be read as "寶"; 2. the discussion in detail about supplement the missed characters in the Slip Two and about the possibilities for the King Wu to go back Feng from Yanshui River and the alternative route of this trip; 3. a tentative probe and detection into the phenomenon of the usage of negative adverbs occurring in the text of "Tsinghua Bamboo Slips" Baoxun. As an epilogue, the Chapter Four summarizes the major standpoints of the thesis.
