A Study On Mood Adverbs Of Xinxiang Dialect Including "Qing(情)", "Gan(敢)", "Guan(管)", "Gaodi(高低)"

This thesis uses Xing Fuyi's idea, that is "Mandarin-Dialect-Ancient Chinese" and the "exterior form-interior meaning-pragmatic value" as main research thought. At first, Xinxiang dialect "Qing(情)", "Gan(敢)", "Guan(管)'', "Gaodi(高低)'',these four mood adverbs, are made more detailed and comprehensive description from three aspects including exterior form, interior meaning and pragmatic value. Secondly, based on Xinxiang dialect, comparison of "Dialect-Mandarin", "Dialect-Dialect", "Dialect-Ancient Chinese" will de made.This thesis is divided into six parts:PartⅠ:Introduction. Emphasis has been put on human geography and the general situation of Xinxiang dialect in this part. We sort out research relevant to Xinxiang dialect and point out the purpose, significance and research methods of this study.PartⅡ:Xinxiang dialect "Qing(情)",a mood adverb, will be given an explicit and comprehensive depiction from three aspects including semantic, syntactic position and pragmatic. Based on this, Xinxiang dialect "Qing(情)"can be compared with other dialects in use and different usage in modern Chinese is analyzed.PartⅢ:Xinxiang dialect "Gan(敢)",a mood adverb, will be analyzed in detailed and comprehensive way from semantic, syntactic position and pragmatic perspectives. In this way, "Gan(敢)" will de compared with "Dagai (大概)" and "Yexu(也许) "in Mandarin and "Xing (兴) "of Xinxiang dialect respectively. Also we will compare "Gan(敢)" with other dialects, and different usage of "Gan(敢)" in modern Chinese is analyzed.PartⅣ:Xinxiang dialect "Guan(管)",a mood adverb, will be explained specificly from three different point of views including semantic, syntactic position and pragmatic. Thus, we will draw a comparasion by analyzing differences between "Guan(管)"and "Dagai(大概)" and "Yexu(也许)"in Mandarin respectively. Also, we will compare "Guan(管)" with "Gan (敢) ","Buqiang(不口[t(?)'ia(?)34])" and similar usage of other dialects,and different usage of" Gan(敢)"in modern Chinese is analyzed.PartⅤ:Xinxiang dialect "Gaodi (高低)"will be studied in three aspects including semantic, syntactic position and pragmatic. So similar usage in other dialects and different usage in modern Chinese of "Gaodi (高低)" are cited to make a comparison.PartⅥ:Conclusion. We will summarize the research results. At the same time, inadequacies of this thesis.
